Ukraine 2022 cant receive money

I'm from Ukraine. I can't get money from the website Gumroad. The technical support of the site reports that they repeatedly tried to send money, but the payment was rejected. Can I receive my own earned money while in distress in a country shrouded in war? A large number of media praised PayPal,
supposedly now IT specialists will be able to receive money on the Internet, but I can't get my money, even to my PayPal Profile!

You can only recently receive paypal payments in your country BUT you are restricted to receiving friends/family payments only as per link.

Thanks. On my language this page is 404, but on English is ok

i have the same problem, my friend can't send $ to my Paypal, but Ukraine is in list which is can receive money, is there some option or setting that i should enable to receive money
