Hi. I'm eBay Canada member, made a purchase on eBay.ca ,the payment was US$175. Paid thru PayPal with my US$ credit card. My bank statement was US$ 188.41...was wondering who charge extra $13🤔my bank said it was PayPal exchange rate...can anyone clarify this. Thankyou
