Transfer & Withdrawal Issues

Hi - I have money in my paypal account that i am unable to transfer or withdraw to my bank account or to a family member. I keep getting a message to either transfer cant be completed or there is an error and contact customer service. All card and bank details are verified and the funds are there to be transferred.

Are the funds in the correct currency.

If withdrawing to a bank account or debit card does the name on the accounts exactly match your paypal account information?

Have you confirmed both bank accounts and debit card?

Have you withdrawn funds before?

Do you have any account limitations?

Are the funds cleared and not pending?
