I need best way to fix situation where funds were transferred to a closed bank account. Always use the standard transfer because no fee. but on this occasion I needed to do instant transfer. Did not check information. Hit the button and saw it was for account closed some years ago. Double-checked with bank closed account waste. I have a case # in Problem Resolution but it has been too long since I heard anything. Help!!!!!
