Transaction wasn't received by my Wise bank account

I made a transaction form my PayPal account to my Wise bank account and PayPal said the transaction status is completed but I didn't receive the funds on my Wise account and I tried to contact the bank and they said they didn't receive this transaction, it's been 10 days now and there is no sign for my funds, I tried to download an activity report from PayPal and I found that the transaction description is "Payment Hold" but the status is completed, what should I do?

Paypal does not support Wise / Payoneer (or any other virtual banks).
Whilst you can sometimes add an account it wouldn't work properly and Paypal advise you against trying.
If you do succeed then Paypal wouldn't be responsible for any missing funds to or from that virtual / digital bank account.
Advice is voluntary.
