Transaction In Progress

Hi! I have a transaction that's still in progress since November 5. I paid Garena using paypal but the transaction failed. However, the payment was deducted to my balance. I tried using the resolution center to report and get my money back but it didn't work. Please help me, thank you

I'm sorry to hear that your transaction didn't turn out as expected. If the transaction gets failed, the funds would be reversed back to the original payment method automatically. In this case, I would recommend to you wait for a couple of days. If the money isn't reflecting on your account, please reach out to our customer support team so that our advisors can review your account and help you accordingly with what is next to be done.
