Transaction Fees

Hello,

I'm trying to understand the Transaction Fees, as we are receiving payments and our calculatios are wrong.

Lets say that we got an invoice for 50€ and PayPal says that the Transaction Fees are 2.12€

How is this been calculated ? From Fees page it says that it should be 3.4% + fixed price (0.35€).

Thank you in advance.

Hi @pRieStaKos,

Thank you for your post!

I do understand your confusion with this. PayPal fees depend on various factors, for example if you are receiving an international payment the fee may be different to a domestic payment.

Without knowing the details of the transaction, I would not be able to provide you with the exact fee. For a full breakdown of our fees, please click here

If you have any further questions, please don't hesitate to contact our Customer Support. To contact us, simply click here. Alternatively, you can contact us via Facebook https://www.facebook.com/PayPal or Twitter @AskPayPal.

I hope this helps!
