Hi, I want to allow my customers to pay on my website. I am getting this error when a credit card goes through.

This transaction cannot be processed. The merchant's account is not able to process transactions.

How can this be corrected? I followed the instructions on Paypals website.

I am sorry to hear you are having issues receiving a payment. Are there currently any account limitations or a request for information on your account? 

These will be outlined on your PayPal Resolution Center. 

Also please ensure that your email address is confirmed in order to receive payments.
