I have linked credit card and paid negative balance on my PayPal account successfully, but if i try to use it as my preferred way when purchasing online, I get an error message that the transaction didn't go through (only website I'm paying on, PayPal doesn't notify me about any errors). After that I can see in my PayPal account under the Automatic payments section that the purchase, I tried to pay, is active (but total billed amount is 0€). I'm very confused, that the negative balance could be paid without any difficulties, but whey trying to shop online, I stumble onto this problem. Please help me.

I'm sorry to hear that the payment you're trying to make is not being billed successfully. What you describe is not something I am familiar with. I recommend that you reach out to Customer Service for assistance troubleshooting the issue.
