When I was buying from the internet shop an error occurred. No money was sent to internet shop seller, no transaction in activity list also, but money was charged from my bank card and has pending status in the bank account. It was a week ago. What should I do to get my money back? Thanks!

I am facing the same issue. The amount got debited from bank, but the transaction did not complete and the transaction is not listed in the activity tab. Can you confirm if your problem is resolved @konst787 ?
I called to my local bank and they cleared that pending (reserved) status, money back to my local bank account. Nothing for help from paypal. Now, I'm trying to avoid paypal payment.
