There is no ,,send to friend ,, option on Send money page?

I cant receive money from friend instantly, only as product or services but there is hold for 20 days

Not all countries have the friends/family payments so all payments would be sent as for goods/services.

Thank you kernowlass, i know that but somehow after 9 yrs still expecting more flexibility from Paypal, two factor fast payment verification is so simple to implement into code.
