Subscription to gopro paid for and not received now subscription is cancelled

Hi I renewed my gopro subscription last november for another year and got confirmation payment was sent but now I went to my gopro acc and subscription has been cancelled as they did not receive the payment and now all my files are lost

What do I need to do now to retrieve the payment ?

I am sorry to learn the issues with your subscription payments. PayPal purchase protection policy covers if there's any issue with your purchases. As the merchant confirmed about not receiving the payment, please report this payment issue in the resolution center of your PayPal account to get your money back. Also, you have to contact the merchant to reactivate the subscription to get your lost files. Feel free to reach PayPal Support team for any additional assistance.
