Hi i have provided that i am not US citizen and in paypal my funds are on hold due tax id and it appears that fund will be released in 15 min but is almost 3 days stuck on : Thanks for adding your tax ID. We should have things wrapped up within 15 minutes.

Does anyone have the same issue?
