PayPal account is not a bank account, but a middleman. Please allow time for PayPal to update the deposit in your account.

This is a BS response. There is not ANY other "middle man" companies with holding stimulus payments! Every other prepaid card companies have already placed funds into customers accounts. PayPal is the ONLY company that is with holding funds.
