Mine said my money was deposited today in my PayPal account but it’s nothing there

Mine says deposit to PayPal account on IRS status page and I called the Wells Fargo ACH receive department and gave them my PayPal assigned account number and routing number and they seen where it came in and went to my PayPal and she gave me two numbers she said she give to customers that call in and I called them and got no one

The same ain't not telling when we will get it!! There's no support, no body to talk to!! Even the Main Bank Branch that direct deposited account is connected to is completely closed!
