Status says Money On Hold - HELP

I have a website where I use WooCommerce to sell my online digital course.  I have had two orders that say On Hold and indicate that the payee does not have a Paypal account . . . but I do since I have had other people use this payment option in the past.  Is this a glitch?  How do I fix it?

NOTE: I am not a techy person. so I might need some step by step guidance on how to fix this from my end.

Hello @ShawnMosch, thank you for posting,

It sounds like your payment might be on a temporary hold. It is just unavailable temporarily as PayPal is following a common industry practice to help ensure a safe environment for both buyers and sellers.

As long as there are no problems with the transactions, you’ll have the money within 21 days or less. You can help to release the payment earlier by shipping items right away and adding tracking details on your Activity page. We'll release your payment 24 hours after the courier confirmed delivery to the buyer’s address.

If the held payment is for a service or intangible item (e.g. piano lessons, e-book), update the order status on your PayPal account and you'll get your money in 7 days.

If an issue persists, for safety and security, please contact our customer support team via Facebook - https://www.facebook.com/PayPal/, Twitter - @AskPayPal, chat or phone.

I hope this helps,

- Sean
