I am trying to make a payment from Hungarian PayPal to the USA and they said I have reached my spending limit. They made a charge to my CC and included a 4 digit number into statement and I plugged this into my PayPal account. This was suppose to raise my limit. This was a 6 days ago. It still refuses to allow me to make the payment. When I call the Ireland office which manages my country they never answer the phone.
