Specific PlayAsia Payments are not showing up in activity?

I have recently made a payment on PlayAsia via PayPal, for some reason it was a double order, I have already contacted PlayAsia about the issue and requested refunds, my main issue now is that neither of the payments are showing up on my PayPal at all, not even updated on activity, solution?

Thank you for making your first post in the Forum. I'm sorry that it has to be under frustrating circumstances! I understand that you are concerned about payments not showing up in your account, and which appeared to be duplicate.
There are a couple of things at work here.
The first is that the payment is not showing in your PayPal account. Was this appearing on your card statement, or in your PayPal account? If it was showing in your Card activity at the Card Issuer's website but not your PayPal account, it was likely a Guest payment made through the merchant's express checkout, using your card information rather than your PayPal account. Such would only appear in your Card Issuer's records and not your PayPal account because you would not have logged into it at the time of payment.
The second is the appearance of a duplicate payment. It's possible that there was a mistaken duplicate payment, but it's also very possible that there was a separate line for the authorization of the order and another for the order itself, which may have caused confusion.
