I've been trying to send 100+$ from my paypal, I was expecting for it to take the money from my linked Bank account but it keeps asking me to link a bank account in which I proceeded to link it, and it verified my account properly and an option to send the money was suppose to show, but it then showed this message: 

Sorry, we are not able to process your request. Please try again later.

If you continue to encounter problems, please contact customer service.
I've retried this many times and it keeps saying the same thing

Did you confirm the bank account after adding it?

Is the name on your bank account exactly the same as the name on your paypal account?

You have a U.S paypal account so are you in the U.S and have you added a U.S bank account (not a virtual / digital one)?
