If you made a purchase but haven't received the goods or service, we'd advise disputing the payment in our Resolution Centre. You can do this by finding the payment in your PayPal account and selecting 'Report a problem'. The payment must be under 'Goods and Services' for the options to be available.
If the problem is regarding something else, it may be best for you to get in direct contact with our Customer Care. Our system may need further verification for your account to be restored.
