Sent money to family in Canada . Account blocked

I sent money to family in Canada, apparently her account been blocked for 8 years and she doesn’t want to unblock it but it has left my account and I can’t cancel it ?

hello @Empeel , if the transaction shows [send] or [complete], you cannot cancel it.
