I have sent money to a friend, and the money was put on hold for up to 21 days.
The question is if I'm not buying anything why it was put on hold? And how to realease the money (not using the suggested way by paypay that is to add carrier track number once this is not a purchase).
As you don't have the friends/family option to send funds in your country then all payments go through as for paying for goods/services and so would be subject to the new seller hold.
Advice is voluntary. Kudos / Solution appreciated.
