I know this question has been asked before but the answer given was not a solution, I need these funds today to pay my bill, but Paypal is playing a game on me by rejecting my transaction. how do I force transfer or proof that it's really me the one doing it or something or anything

please i cant you skip paying the bill today, it's not a test and the number is not that low (around ~2000euro), I tried to send a smaller one (800) and yet it rejected it too

As you haven't added your country to your profile (so we can see when we hover over your username) or said in your post which country you are in so unfortunately its hard for us to advise.
Paypal varies a great deal country to country so you need to tell us where you are on this worldwide community forum.
