Requesting a Check by Mail Option when Transfering Funds

I am trying to transfer funds from Paypal using the "request a check be mailed" option. I get an error message stating there is a problem with my address . When I look at the address associated with my Paypal account and the billing address associated with the credit card on file , both addresses are correct. I spoke to a customer service rep with PayPal today who said she fixed this and confirmed my addresses however when I attempt to transfer the funds requesting a check be mailed I am getting the same error message that there is a problem with my address. Has anyone had this issue ? If so, how to resolve it? Thanks!

You haven't added your country to your profile (so we can see when we hover over your username) or said in your post which country you are in so unfortunately we can't advise.
Paypal varies a great deal country to country so you need to tell us where you are on this worldwide community forum.

I do not know how to add my location on my community forum name/icon, but I am in the USA. I spoke to a customer service rep. yesterday on the phone whoi said PayPal will mail the check. The rep. said she is not seeing an issue with my address on their end so it must be a problem on my end with my computer. So, I will wait the 14 days and see if the check arrives in the mail.

Paypal has a long history of making is as difficult and as inconvenient as possible to withdraw YOUR money by check.

The link to do so often disappears, or it is broken, or takes you to a screen where there is no option to withdraw by check.

Chat and text do not help - you will get frustrated because the auto attendant won't understand your problem.

IF you can reach a live person, they will try and talk you through the steps - and either don't know the link is broken, or profess ignorance.

On four separate occasions, I have had to have my Attorney General contact Paypal to get my money.   Each time, Paypal sent me a check.
