Refund still not received after 30 days

I made a transaction on September 20th and my refund was processed on the same day. I waited for 30 days because I know that's how long they say it can take. However, the money is still not back on the debit card I used, and it is not available for me to use on PayPal either. The customer service chat and phone services both told me to wait 30 days, but I already have. What else should I do?

Welcome to the Community. I am sorry to know you haven't received a refund on a transaction. I suggest you check the status of the transaction to see if it says Refunded. If yes, please contact the card issuer and check if they have any ongoing issues in reflecting funds on your card. If none, please contact PayPal support for better assistance.
