Hello,
I connected my Mastercard to my Paypal account. I made a payment with said card on an online merchant (newegg.com). I didn't receive the product I purchased so the merchant refunded the money to the original Payment method = Paypal. Paypal then refunded the money directly to my card.
Unfortunately, my bank tells me they they do not support direct transactions to cards (something called MoneySend), so they cannot accept the refund. They money is therefore not bank in my bank account, but it is also not in my PayPal account.
I would ideally need the money to be sent not to my card, but to my bank account directly. I contacted the merchant but they said that the refund has already been processed, so they don't have the money. And I cannot start a Resolution Center ticket with PayPal. How can I know where the money has gotten stuck, who can unstuck it and send it to the right place, and what they need from me to make it happen?
Thank you.

If you paid with a card, the money is refunded to your card. If the card you paid with is closed or invalid, please contact the issuing bank, as the money will still be refunded to your card account. Refunds to credit/debit cards usually takes 2-5 business days, however it can take up to 30 days depending on the card company involved. Please refer this link to know about refund.
Thanks
