Refund not received for over one month

I bought in Aliexpress Oct 8, 2022. I cancelled it  and It says Refunded but i did not receive it on my card. Today is Nov. 11 and its over a month.

Welcome to the PayPal Community! I am sorry to know that you have not received the refund. If the refund has been completed in your PayPal account, you need to contact your bank to locate the money. If you are unable to locate the money in your bank account, you can contact us directly by clicking on Contact us at the bottom of the PayPal website. Alternatively, you can send a PM via Facebook or a DM via Twitter.
