Hi! I hope you can help. The vendor has refunded the money and it shows as refunded in the activity list. But, its not in the wallet, and its not in my bank account. So, what should I do. Refunded money was on 22nd Nov. Today is 1 Dec.
I'm having the same issue, though I've been waiting longer. The refund I'm waiting on was sent by the vendor on October 27, and I was expecting to see it somewhere (either PayPal Wallet or my credit card statement) by November 27 (30 days per PayPal's own statements).
