Refund money didnt receive to my bank after 30 days

There was an automatic payment for a service and seller refund money on july 30. Payment done by the debit card I linked. On the app I can see green 'refund' and seller confirmed the refund with tx ids. I contacted my local bank and said there was no such tx made from paypal and they cannot track such txs. Its been 30 days and I cannot find where the mo

Contact options for each countries Paypal customer services are accessed by clicking help/contact bottom left of Paypal pages.

1. Paypal phones (you can use the guest option if you can't log in).
2. Live chat is also randomly available.
3. You can send them a message, (during business hours you may also be able to message whilst logged out).
4. Have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
