Refund issue

Hi guys

I bought something on eBay but they refunded me straight away

I used Paypal. Paypal has shown refunded complete but I did not get yet from 3weeks ago.

How can I check it?

If you funded the original Paypal payment to the seller from your bank account or a card then once marked refunded/completed it will automatically go back to that bank account or card.
Normally it can take a few days up to a week to go back to a bank account and a bit longer for a card, Paypal say allow 30 days for a card (1 billing cycle) but its rarely that long.
(Can vary according to country though).

Can I ask another question?

My card already expire so I got new card and number but the refunding was before card number

I think this one problem that's why I could not get refund

How can I tell to PayPal... do you know it?

If the card ACCOUNT that both cards belong or belonged to is still open then it should go through fine.
I have had refunds to expired cards and never been a problem as the account still open and new card issued.
