Refund initiated from company but no email/msg from PayPal

I got a mail from Fitbit company that "PayPal recently emailed you about your refund for your Fitbit Ionic device. Please accept the payment within 30 days" but I havent got any email from PayPal. No refund info in activity tab as well. I have my bank account added to PayPal. kindly help.
