In order to receive payments, please ensure that your email address is confirmed: How do I confirm my email address?
Also, I would ask that you please check your Resolution Center and select 'Go To Account Limitations' to ensure there are no outstanding limitations or requests for information.
Watch out for fake PayPal emails and other scams: we never ask sellers to provide a tracking number before they receive the payment in their PayPal account.
