A family member recently sent me a payment through Goods & Services (or whatever the business payment is) instead of Personal by accident. My funds are now on hold with a fee deducted. My question is: if I refund the payment, does the fee also get reversed? Or is that money gone, regardless?
Paypal no longer returns the fee you were charged when your buyer paid as part of any refund that you issue. Paypal processes your buyers original payment and then the refund for you, the fee is for providing that service.
