We have recently setup a Business account in Italy. We are awaiting non profit status confirmation so we were expecting commercial transaction tariffs.
We ran a 1€ test transaction with a QR code.
So from the Italy tariff table QR Code <10€: fees are 2%+0.05c = 0.02*1€+0.05 = 0.07€ Instead the fee was 0.17€. Why is the fee so much higher i.e. 12% + 0.05 ?
