Problems using my bank account

I have been having issues trying to use my bank account everytime i try to use it, the transaction fails and they block the account this has been a on going issue for 3 months now and no one from customer service wants to help. I use first interstate bank

Why not just add and use a card instead for purchases?

However if you can't use your bank account have you ever had a failed bank transfer or negative balance?
