Problem with online payment

I want to pay on saturn website with my paypal then after chossing paypal, the page redirect to paypal and ask for my IBAN and my birthday after I enter the data it asks me to add my bank card which is already linked to my paypal. I can not not pay because of the same error how can I fix it?

Sorry to hear of the trouble sending a payment. 

It sounds like our internal security system is blocking the payment from being sent with the bank you have linked to your account. Every transaction attempt is processed through our internal security system. If the system detects any form of risk, it can block the transaction from completing or block certain funding sources. Usually, allowing a full 48 hours to pass before trying again resolves any issues.
