Problem receiving money from another account

I am trying to add another PayPal to my PayPal to claim money but after adding the email, no funds reflecting on my PayPal. Please help.

Thank you for your post. I am sorry to hear that you are unable to receive the funds through your PayPal account after adding a new email address. Please note, it's important that your newly added email address is being confirmed to be able to receive the funds. Here is how you can confirm the email address. I would also recommend you to verify your PayPal account to be able to receive the payments without hassle.
