I am wondering why the PayPal checkout pop-up window prompting me to confirm the payment asked me on a recent order to pay less (25 cent) for it, than the price shown at checkout on the vendors site. The vendor is located in Sweden, whereas I am in Germany. Is it taxes? I did try to compensate for those, but the price doesn't really turn out to be exact the one shown on the website.
Original price would've been 28 €, while I had to confirm 27.75 €. Why is that tho?
