so apparently i can't receive money on my PayPal account even though i did link my visa credit card and confirmed it also verified my phone number + my id and passport and yet can't receive any money one of my friends tries to send me money it gives him error everytime also i made another person to try send me still gives him error, he say that my account can't accept money ,,, I'm from Egypt so if someone can please please help me asap i would really appreciate it !!
