I received a payment of $200 yesterday from a friend to help with car repairs before I leave from Ohio to Georgia. I submitted the info requested and the funds are STILL in pending status!! I need this ASAP or my car will not make the trip which is scheduled for Tuesday January 24th. When will it be completed???

I have tried to reach customer service several times by phone. The recording does not give information neede and EVERY time I ask for an agent and it transfers me I am on hold for a minute or so and then HUNG UP ON! I have a personal account that I've had for YEARS and have NEVER had any issues before. I want to know exactly when you will release this money as I feel like I am being ripped off. You took money out of that payment so GIVE IT TO ME!!!!

If you want advice then try being polite and losing the caps lock, no one on here is holding your funds.
So are the funds on hold OR pending. Pending on your side and the senders with a clearance date OR on hold on your account?
Advice is voluntary.
Kudos / Solution appreciated.
