How can Paypal legally change my name, with identification, in less than 30 mins but take 72 hrs to hold money, ask for no ID or evidence to do checks they state they're doing knowing full well its users are upset about this and have been for years and STILL do nothing about it. And please don't answer this post with a "click this link" which gives no explaination or reason for why they do it or how the time can be reduced. A genuine answer is all I'm looking for..... xxx
