I used PayPal to buy online, the money came out of my bank and it says pending still on the PayPal app. The company hasn’t received my payment and the money is no longer in my bank. It says the payment was due to be complete on the 21st March but it’s still pending on the 29th. Where is my money? When is the company going to receive it?
When you pay a company (rather than an ebay seller or individual), then it is often pending until that company processes your order and captures the pending payment.
If they don't process that order and capture the pending payment then the pending status times out at 30 days post-payment.
