Pending money received

A payment was sent to me via FF The payment was sent 12/10 transaction posted to sender bank account 12/12 and said it would clear to me 12/14. It showing money received but still isn’t available. HELP

Well apart from the fact its the 14th until midnight, the date given is an estimate based on the senders banks processing times.

Echeques go via ACH in batches and so are slower.
