Pending charge on my account. How do I cancel it?

The charge is $19.99. The answer i got from PayPal says there's supposed to be a cacel transaction button. I have none.

You can only cancel a pending payment if there was a typo in the email address and so it would never complete.

If its pending awaiting authorisation OR pending/unclaimed then it will time out 30 days post payment as long as not claimed in that time frame.
