Paypal won't let me buying anything or send money. the message below pops up whenever I try to buy somthing.
"We are not able to process your payment using your PayPal account at this time. Please return to the merchant's website and try using a different payment method (if available)."
I have tried two differnt methods and both don't work anyway can some please tell me what the problem is and how to solve it.

No I haven't because I don't want to put my bank account online. I'm fine with master card gift cards but I refuse to put my bank account online. anyway I will try to buy somthing in like a week or longer and if it happens again I will delete my account.

I cannot pay with PayPal right now when I have more than enough funds to pay for my hubby's birthday present.
What can I do? I'm so cross.

Yes all verified have been for couple of years. Says 100 percent on my paypal summary.
