About 2wks ago I bought an item and used Paypal pay in 3 credit. Item arrived, wasnt what thought so booked free return. A few days laster the Retailer refunded me/paypal credit. Now, I had already paid the 1st of the 3 instalments off the pp credit. Paypal put all of the refund into paypal credit. I left it a few days thinking it would show up in my balace, it never so I called them up today and was told thats the way they do it and now I was 119 in credit with PP Credit ????? BUT the rep said do you want to transfer it to pp balance, YES I do, OK few min later hes done it. Now I went to check if its showing and it is GREAT. WAIT, WTH does pp credit now show my credit limit as 119 less and that I am -119 in pp credit, so I owe them it now ?????, ITS MY MONEY.
