Paypal lied and stole my money

Paypal lied to me and stole my money.

 

Sold a digital service over a week ago and Paypal put the money on hold, was told due to 'high risk' whatever that means that I would have to wait 21 days, eventually they agree to give me my funds in 7 days.

 

7 days comes and passes, money still under hold. Talk to customer support, who say they will release my funds in a few hours. Another day passes, still no money and their live chat refuses to respond to me.

 

How do I escalate this situation into a former complaint? I'm tired of being lied to and mislead by PP support and I've now lost a significant amount of money because of their incompetence.

 

This will be the last time I use this service, seems to me they just want to take my money so they can make interest on it.

I know this already. I was lied to by customer service and told my funds were released when they aren’t.

Often a call centre agent, they don't know everything, if you marked transaction as processed and the buyer confirmed receipt then it would be 7 days, if not it would be 21.

If you ''knew'' this information in the second link then why did you need to contact customer services.
