How do I complete a buyers confirmation to completed a "Paypal Purchase Protection" purchase ?

Pay Purchase protection was added on my private purchase and I wasn't able to remove it , Item was received by me and seller still hasn't gotten paid.

If you are paying for goods or services then you have buyer protection, you can't remove it, its a given.

Its up to the seller as to whether funds are released earlier or at 21 days as per link.
