Payments made, nothing receive case Closed

Dear all, I have a question…I made a subscription for receive some stuff each month. I never receive the shipment and the seller’s company use an expedition without tracking. I open 5 cases on paypal for each expedition…today I saw that 2 are closed, but No refund…what I have to do? I tried also to use the function call us of paypal but my mobile operator says that the number is not available…what I have to do?

If the cases are closed in your favor, issued refunds can take sometime to post by your original funding source:

 

Cards, take a week up to 30 days.

Bank account, takes several days.

PayPal balance, fairly instant.

Split payment between PayPal balance or card, see above.

To call:

 

1. https://www.paypal.com/lu/smarthelp/contact-us
2. Click Payments.

3. Click Refunds.

4. Click Can’t find my refund.

5. Click “Call Us” after the “This information might help” box.
