Payment pending on bank but not on PayPal?

I tried to check out with pay pal an twice it took the money out of my bank account but didn’t put the order through. It says pending on my bank statement but not on my PayPal activity? How do I get my money back I tried requesting a refund but it won’t let me as not showing on my pay pal?

I appreciate this must be concerning. It sounds like these payments are pending as an 'authorization' charge with your bank. 

These generally drop off after 2-3 business days. If they do not cancel or drop off, you will need to contact your bank directly regarding this.
